SIS Services was founded to meet the needs of the Extend Warranty market, which brought new opportunities due to regulatory changes.
Salvage Management
In the relentless pursuit for innovation, we began a pioneer operation of Salvage Management for Extended Warranty that brought improvements and cost reduction for the entire chain.
Electrical Damage
In an innovative way, we started to offer a new process of Electrical Damage management for Home Insurance, focusing on repair, which allowed our clients a higher profitability and better service levels to its insureds.
Mobile solutions
Connected to market trends, we innovated again as we started an operation for Robbery, Theft and Accidental Breakage of mobile phones.

Customer Portal transformed the user experience at the claim time. The entire process is carried out digitally and the customer chooses the replacement device in a marketplace, with total autonomy, similar to the process of buying a new one.
